Thank you for considering our community as your future home. As part of the application and leasing process, we want to ensure full transparency regarding potential fees.

Application fee per applicant: $70
Administrative fee: $350
Security Deposit/Holding Deposit: $500
Security Deposit - Additional: $250 based on results of credit report
Security Deposit - Maximum: Equivalent to one-months rent based on results of credit report
Pet fee at move-in, non-refundable: $350 for one pet, $500 for two pets
Monthly pet fee per animal: $40 for first pet, $20 for the second
Parking: $25-$50
Monthly Resident Parking Permit: $0 for first guaranteed permit, $35 for additional permit, $75 for reserved permit
Hourly Visitor Permit: $0.50/hr, limited availability, must register through Community Boss
Water and Sewer: Varies monthly billed 3-months in arrears
Trash: $10
Water/Sewer/Trash: Varies monthly based on usage, billed in arrears by third party
Electric Service Fee for not setting up: $50
NSF Fee: $50
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the fifth (5) of the month is $100
Termination Fee: Equivalent to one-month base rent
Apartment Transfer Fee: $500
Liability Insurance if renter's insurance policy lapses: $13.22

Pet Policy

Max 2 Allowed | Max weight 75 lb each | One time Fee $300

Rent $40

Comments: A nonrefundable fee of $300 for the first pet and a $200 fee for the second pet due at move-in. A monthly fee of $40 for the first pet and a $20 monthly fee for the second pet. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats more than welcome.

Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.

Lansdale Station Apartments is a Non-Smoking Community and requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
